Description and Requirements
We're seeking a proactive Senior Sales Executive to drive Lenovo's growth in Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS). This role targets dynamic individuals who excel in new business opportunities and strategic deals. As part of our strategy to deliver services and solutions, you will significantly impact our growth and your personal development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively target and secure high-value deals ($20 Mn+ TCV) through effective proposals and negotiations.
2. Optimize the sales process to close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
3. Implement strategies for lead generation and engage with target organizations for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and retention.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.
What you bring:
6. 8-10 years of direct selling experience in Digital Workplace Solutions with evidence of closing deals over $20 Mn+ TCV.
7. Experience with large and complex deals in Managed Services, selling DWS solutions to large enterprise customers.
8. Proven B2B sales track record with a focus on strategic deals and exceeding sales targets.
9. Strong understanding of Digital Workplace solutions, IT services, and technology trends.
10. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations.
11. Experience driving deals with hardware and software components is a plus.
