Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network environments
* Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems and end-user devices
* Assess and categorize incidents and service requests before escalation to backend teams
* Contribute to ongoing improvements of IT processes and support services
Your Profile
* Completed training or education in IT or a related field
* Practical experience in IT support or a strong interest in technology
* Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
* Fluency in German; English skills are an advantage
