Your Responsibilities:
You support our sales team and leverage your strong communication skills to successfully position our solutions:

1. Process consulting for the use of modern solutions, with a focus on ERP software and digital solutions

2. Single point of contact for customers, including independent identification of needs and potential

3. Independent management of existing customers across all sales phases, with particular focus on achieving individual sales targets for our consulting services and products

4. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through self-planned sales activities

5. Collaboration within a cross-functional team with relevant interfaces such as Product Management and Consulting

6. Independent creation of account plans and contracts using the CRM system, as well as autonomous maintenance of the CRM system with all relevant data

Your Profile:
We are looking for a communicative, driven personality – ideally, you bring the following:

7. Initial experience in a sales environment, preferably in the software or SaaS sector

8. Affinity for the real estate industry and interest in digital solutions

9. Strong communication skills and persuasiveness

10. Structured and self-reliant working style

11. Confident handling of CRM systems and digital tools

12. Very good German language skills are required; English skills are an advantage
