Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the entire hiring process and beyond
2. Manage a high volume of applications for various technical roles (, Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Architects), including processing and tracking, monitoring candidate assessment results, and updating the candidate management database
3. Responsible for the end-to-end candidate interview process, scheduling and coordinating interview days, working closely together with the interviewers and the Management Team
4. Set up and manage headhunters who will support the candidate search for more senior technical roles
5. Proactively build applicant pipelines to meet current and future business needs and maintain relationships with past candidates for future opportunities
6. Analyze recruiting stats and provide reporting to the Management Team
Profile
7. University degree, ideally on Master level
8. Relevant experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, gained at a tech company, consultancy, or executive search firm, with a focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring highly talented individuals
9. Proficiency in relevant tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Avature), MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and LinkedIn Recruiter
10. Affinity for reports, data, and systems, with an eagerness to work with our system configurations and to adapt them to the needs
11. Strong knowledge of marketplace trends and recruiting processes for assessing tech talent
12. Persuasive personality with the confidence to manage the full lifecycle of our candidates
13. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
14. International experience advantageous
