Ihre Aufgaben
* Planning of the bid process within the team and in collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Product departments
* Organization of proposals, creation, editing and finalization of documents and, if necessary, leading the proposal team
* Coordination, tracking and control of general bid activities
* Preparation of cost estimates in cooperation with the proposal team
* Acquiring the necessary supporting documentation, certificates, notarizations, etc.
Ihr Profil
* Degree in computer science, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or other relevant field; alternatively, a comparable education at an air traffic control authority
* At least two years of experience in a project team environment and/or project management with good communication skills; more than five years is a plus
* Excellent writing skills and very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel)
* Good technical understanding with the ability to grasp and present complex technical topics
* Familiarity with the aerospace industry and with ATM and MHS systems, including the underlying technology, is considered a plus
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Good written and spoken German is an advantage
