Your Mission:
As part of our global ERP rollout, we are looking for motivated support in the Project Management Office (PMO) to help ensure the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA worldwide. The PMO plays a central role in managing and assuring the quality of the project, ensuring smooth communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Support the PMO team in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities within the global ERP rollout
2. Assist in resource management, including the administration of access rights and user permissions related to the ERP rollout
3. Contribute to organizational tasks within the program environment, such as planning and coordinating internal events, workshops, and meetings
4. Prepare and document PMO-relevant topics in a structured manner to ensure transparency and traceability throughout the project
5. Prepare and follow up on meetings, including task tracking
6. Support communication with international stakeholders
Your Profile / Qualifications
7. Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business, (Business) Informatics, Project Management, or a comparable field
8. Initial experience in project management or with ERP systems is a plus
9. Structured and independent working style
10. Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
11. Strong communication skills in both German and English
12. Team player with initiative and strong organizational skills
