We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers in both English and German Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat to our Europe customers. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions in a timely manner. Technical Assistance: Offer technical support and guidance on the setup, use, and maintenance of our robotic lawn mowers. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and provide customers with accurate information. Order Processing: Manage and process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and address any shipping-related queries. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring a positive customer experience. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, including metrics on response times and issue resolution. Qualifications: Language Skills: Fluency in English and either German is mandatory. French will be a plus. Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or consumer electronics field. Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of robotic lawn mowers. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
