The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Consulting with a strong Telco domain background and deep ServiceNow experience to lead complex, multi-stakeholder transformations across OSS/BSS, Customer Care, Field Operations, and Network domains. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Business Analyst with end-to-end delivery oversight skills who can translate business outcomes into scalable ServiceNow solutions—driving roadmaps, shaping operating models, and ensuring measurable value realization

Your Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10–15+ years in consulting or industry roles within Telecommunications (Tier 1/2 operators, MVNOs, or Telco integrators).
5+ years hands-on with ServiceNow (solution design, configuration oversight, and integration).
Proven Business Analyst expertise: process design, requirements management, user story authoring, and acceptance criteria.
Solid Project/Program Management experience (agile), managing multi-phase implementations and distributed teams.
Understanding of Telco OSS/BSS (fulfillment, assurance, inventory/CMDB, network ops, field services) and TM Forum standards (eTOM, TAM, Open APIs).
Experience with data and integration (REST/SOAP, event streams, CMDB strategy, monitoring tools, SNMP/telemetry, CRM/BSS).
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Fluent in English and German
