Your role will also involve supporting the continuous improvement of existing products and managing responsibilities from storing production materials to commissioning the final product at customer sites. 16. Define the professional skills necessary for your team to enhance overall performance.
17. Facilitate discussions among production specialists, product engineers, technology developers, and management to prioritize the creation and updating of documents.
18. Collaborate with manufacturing experts to develop globally accepted documentation.
19. Translate technical rules and standards into practical applications to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
20. Identify and implement cost-reduction measures while maintaining the quality and reliability of manufacturing solutions.
21. Support the definition and execution of prototypes for new process experiments in both internal and external laboratories and manufacturing settings.
What You Bring
22. Extensive experience in the power transformers industry.
23. Deep understanding of production techniques for power transformers. Knowledge of related production standards (quality and safety).
24. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (you will coordinate professionals around the globe).
25. Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and interdisciplinary team environment.
