About This Role
* The position is based in Germany.
* This position is the business owner for a major automotive customer group, responsible for revenue growth, profitability, customer strategy and cross-functional delivery from RFQ to mass production.
* The role combines strategic commercial leadership + P&L accountability + customer relationship management. You will shape the business roadmap, build trust with senior stakeholders at OEMs, secure new programs, and ensure flawless execution internally across engineering, program, purchasing, operations and quality.
* It is a role for a leader who enjoys winning new business, improving margins, driving teams to deliver and thinking long-term about technology partnership.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a business leader rather than a pure sales manager — one who can think long-term, negotiate complex commercial terms, and manage business performance end-to-end.
You fit this role if you have:
* Experience in Tier-1 automotive or complex technology business with customer ownership responsibility
* Strong background in commercial strategy, pricing negotiation, and new business development
* Proven track record in revenue and margin delivery, cost optimization and commercial governance
* Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across global teams
* Comfortable leading in a fast-moving environment, making decisions with data and judging risk
* Executive communication skills — capable of influencing OEM leadership and internal senior stakeholders
* Leadership style that builds trust, motivates teams and drives accountability and execution
* Chinese native speaker is a must,fluent in English
