What you´ll do
* Lead global employer reputation and academic relations strategy, positioning Henkel as a top employer
* Drive university marketing and manage global rankings & ratings (e.g., Glassdoor, Universum)
* Own Glassdoor analytics, reporting, and activation measures for continuous reputation improvement
* Deliver data-driven insights and innovation to fuel global HR and talent strategies
* Steer global employer reputation dashboard, ensuring ROI-focused strategy and implementation
* Partner with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams on joint projects and communication initiatives
* Act as strategic sparring partner for global stakeholders, sharing best practices and driving innovation
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s degree in economics, business administration (preferably marketing, communication or human resources) or psychology
* 4–5 years’ experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or strategic HR
* Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills with a digital mindset
* Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders globally
* Innovative team player with entrepreneurial drive and curiosity for new talent trends
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities in English
