Lead Energy Transition Expert
A high-calibre professional is required to drive growth and excellence across our energy portfolio. The role focuses on electrical grid modernization, energy generation, battery energy storage systems, and heat networks – covering the full project lifecycle.
As a technical leader, you will spearhead energy projects, oversee technical delivery in Germany, ensure technical excellence, and develop skills and capabilities within the team. This position involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving business development activities, and defining clear project delivery strategies.
* Develop and implement energy strategy across regions and business lines.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Drive business development initiatives to expand the energy transition portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery and Technical Excellence
* Lead cross-functional teams across regions and business units.
* Ensure compliance with German and EU regulations, safety, and environmental standards.
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.
* Provide expert guidance and serve as lead verifier for feasibility studies, design reports, and technical documentation.
* Manage contracts and ensure full compliance with requirements.
Team Development and Innovation
* Build, mentor, and lead the energy team in Germany.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and digital innovation.
* Support technical skills development and capability building within the team.
