What You Will Do As Head of FP&A, you will lead our financial planning, analysis, and control activities, partnering with business leaders to provide actionable insights, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and efficiency improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee monthly controlling activities, including: Revenue, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Personnel expenses Variance analysis to budget, prior year, and other comparatives Required inputs for external reporting Act as a Business Partner for Business Unit and Cost Centre owners. Lead preparation and management of budgeting and planning processes. Develop and improve financial models to support strategic and operational decisions. Prepare material sections of the monthly financial reporting packages. Provide input into the annual audit process, including planning for impairment testing. Manage initiatives to improve financial efficiency, including proposals to optimize the cost base. Collaborate closely with the Data and Revenue Operations teams to optimize reporting and contribute to the data reporting roadmap. You will be great for this position if you have 8–12 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, controlling, or related finance leadership roles. Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. CFA or an accounting qualification is a plus. Strong track record of partnering with business leaders and driving performance improvement. Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. In-depth understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Experience managing or improving financial efficiency within a fast-paced, international environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluency in English, with the ability to work onsite in Berlin. Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
