The Sales Operations Manager role is a crucial part of our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing route coverage. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement standardized frameworks that maximize sales team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a framework for sales cluster execution teams, ensuring effective development and operation of sales call plans, routes, processes, and managed systems.
">
* Ensure sales systems are fit for purpose, maximize ROI, and run effectively, providing user-friendly applications for daily business processing.
">
* Act as Subject Matter Expert/key point of contact for the business regarding sales systems and processes:
">
o Partner with regional sales effectiveness Managers and IT or external 3rd parties in developing and implementing new system adoption or changes.
">
o Be a key User for Salesforce CRM (or other sales CRM systems).
">
o Lead the adoption of new tech solutions to drive efficiency through automation and AI, overseeing the implementation of new tools from pilot to hypercare.
">
o Contribute to call plan improvement and track sales effectiveness (ROI).

Requirements:
">
* Previous experience in a Field related role, driving performance through monitoring and measuring work, with a good understanding of tech tools.

* Bachelor's degree in Business / Economics / Sales or relevant experience.

* Excellent English skills. One extra European language is a plus but not essential.
