We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Customer Journey Expert to join our team in Wholesale Banking.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Wholesale Banking products and services.
* Evaluate implications of platform changes and variations in processes on existing products, services, and operations, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Perform risk assessments and obtain second-line approval.
* Work closely with Tech teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
* Prepare functional specifications to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Requirements
* Master's or bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a Business analyst or similar role in the same domain.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with proficiency in tools like Azure, Confluence, or similar platforms.
* Fluency in English and French (verbal and written).
