ESMC represents our shared commitment to strengthening the European semiconductor ecosystem. /ppTo help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate: /ppAs strongFacilities Technician /strong you are responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of strongUltrapure Water (UPW), Process Cooling Water (PCW), Industrial Reclaim, and Industrial Wastewater Treatment (WWT) systems /strong equipment. You play the pivotal role to ensure standard operating procedures are followed accurately and reliably to ensure our fab follows highest environmental protection standards. By performing laboratory testing and systematic verification and alignment of measurements from various instruments, sensors, and equipment our fab can run smoothly thanks to your work. /ppTo ensure 24 hours operations, our Fab Technicians will work in shift model in cooperation with other Technicians, Engineers, and Managers to ensure that all process specifications are met at all times. /ph4Job responsibilities /h4lipMaintains a clean, orderly, and safe workplace, follow all safety policies and procedures at all times and make recommendations for continuous improvement of work method, safety, materials-, and tool handling. /p /lilipOperates and controls systems equipment for Ultrapure Water, Process Cooling Water, Industrial Reclaim, and Industrial Waste Treatment. /p /lilipObserves gauges, signals and recording instruments to effectively monitor critical limits. /p /lilipPerforms standard diagnostics, monitor site performance indicators and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for interruptions or incidents. /p /lilipPerforms troubleshooting, emergency and corrective maintenance, repair actions. /p /lilipDraws samples and performs temperature, pH, gas-analyses, or other standard tests in conformity with plant standards. /p /lilipMaintains log of gauge readings, shift throughput, and equipment malfunctions. /p /lilipPatrols area to inspect equipment and record tank levels and gauge readings. /p /lilipEnsures processing conditions and process output are within regulatory limits and alerting management of discrepancies. /p /lilipPerform standard and non-standard equipment maintenance, repairs and modifications to ensure smooth operations inline with environmental protection requirements. /p /lih4Job Qualifications /h4lipEligible to work in Germany and available for 3 months on-the-job training in Taiwan. /p /lilipTechnician or equivalent technical apprenticeship education in Water Treatment Systems, Water Technology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. /p /lilipMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a facilities, utilities, or water treatment related role. /p /lilipWillingness to work in a cleanroom environment with rotating shifts or on-call duties. /p /lilipDeep interest in mechanical, chemical, and electrical principles related to water treatment systems. /p /lipLanguage Skills: /ppGood command of English with good command of German to communicate in our international workplace. /ppProfessional Skills: /plipBasic computer skills, ability to learn usage of standard maintenance and process monitoring software. /p /lilipAble to read and interpret technical manuals and process schematics. /p /lilipCapable of working independently and cooperatively with other Technicians, Engineers, and Managers with a strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and problem-solving. /p /lipPersonal Attributes: /ppHaving strong values of honesty, integrity and respect for others. /ppPlease apply with English resume. /ph4Each journey starts with a first step. /h4pJoining ESMC at this early stage will provide you with the unique opportunity to actively shape the future of the fab in Dresden, boost your career and put your true potential to the test.
