What you'll do
* Analyze and optimize SAP processes in Order Management and Logistics to improve efficiency and quality
* Lead workshops with stakeholders from Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales across international markets to identify and implement process improvements
* Coordinate testing, training, and go-live activities for the rollout of our self-service customer portal, ensuring a smooth implementation
* Act as the primary contact for markets, ensuring data and process quality for digital services
* Provide expert consulting on SAP Order Management and Logistics processes to address market-specific requirements and share best practices
Who you are
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Proven experience in SAP process management, particularly in Order Management and Logistics (CRM knowledge is a plus)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
* Skilled in conducting workshops and training sessions, with excellent communication and facilitation abilities
* Culturally agile, proactive, and solution-oriented, thriving in international, cross-functional environments, with experience in a Customer Service or Sales role being an advantage
