Deine Aufgaben
In Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit warten folgende Themenfelder auf dich:
1. Administrative Unterstützung: Übernahme klassischer administrativer HR-Aufgaben wie bspw. das Erstellen von Bescheinigungen und die Pflege digitaler Personalakten.
2. Recruiting: Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen, Bewerberkommunikation, Terminierungen.
3. Onboarding und Offboarding: Unterstützung bei der Durchführung unserer Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozesse, um einen reibungslosen Übergang für Mitarbeitende zu gewährleisten.
4. HR-Software-Support: Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen zu unserer HR-Software Personio, inklusive grundlegender technischer und inhaltlicher Unterstützung.
5. Payroll-Koordination: Schnittstelle zu unserem externen Lohnbüro, um eine korrekte und termingerechte Abwicklung aller Gehaltsabrechnungsprozesse zu gewährleisten.
6. Office Management: von Post bis Deko – you own it!
Dein Profil
7. ca. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources, insbesondere mit operativem Fokus im agilen, digitalen Umfeld
8. Gute Kenntnisse in der HR-Administration, im Arbeitsrecht und in sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Regelungen
9. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
10. Strukturierte, exakte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
11. Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
12. Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, und Bereitschaft, neue Systeme zu erlernen
13. Erfahrung mit HR-Software, insbesondere Personio, ist von Vorteil
14. Teamfähigkeit, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft zu lernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln
15. Die Bereitschaft, in der Regel mind. 4 Tage deiner Arbeitszeit vor Ort zu sein

Your mission

Your tasks
As part of your part-time role (50 - 60%), the following areas await you:
21. Administrative support: Taking on classic administrative HR tasks such as creating certificates and maintaining digital personnel files.
22. Recruiting: creation of job advertisements, applicant communication, appointments.
23. Onboarding and offboarding: Support in the implementation of our onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
24. HR software support: Contact person for employees and managers with questions about our HR software Personio, including basic technical and content-related support.
25. Payroll coordination: interface with our external payroll office to ensure that all payroll processes are handled correctly and on time.
26. Office management: from post to decoration - you own it!
Your profile
27. approx. 2 years of experience in Human Resources, in particular with an operational focus in an agile, digital environment
28. good knowledge of HR administration, labor law and social security regulations
29. very good written and spoken German and English skills
30. structured, precise and careful way of working
31. good communication skills
32. confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and willingness to learn new systems
33. experience with HR software, especially Personio, is an advantage
34. ability to work in a team, proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
35. willingness to be on site for at least 4 days of your working time (normally)
