RESPONSIBILITIES:
Join the team Digital Transformation R&D in BASF and drive the people-related changes of digitalization in Research and Development. As a Transformation Specialist you will help shape future leadership roles, empowered and digitally skilled teams, and an agile way of working in R&D.
* Within your new position you understand the organizational change, communication, learning and agile transformation challenges of (senior) leaders and teams in R&D related to digitalization.
* You develop target group specific concepts, design and facilitate processes, organize workshops and meetings within R&D units.
* In this context you work with change agents, leadership and other multipliers globally.
* You support the development of learning offerings for the target groups in R&D.
* Moreover you are comfortable with and can help guide others to deal with situations of conflict, ambiguity, and uncertainty.
* You identify impediments, take action to overcome them by actively working on and developing the given organizational frameworks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* university degree in sciences or comparable field of studies
* further education in organizational development
* 5 years of work and project experience in organizational development, change management, conflict management and facilitation
* highly developed customer focus, organizational awareness and outstanding communication skills
* knowledge of agile methodologies as well as Knowledge in learning consultancy or support
* persuasive in discussions and presentations in German and English
* good social skills as well as analytical and innovative mindset
