About Baird Global Investment Banking

This PAID internship is offered for a duration of 3 months and will start on Monday, 29 June 2026 until Friday, 25 September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support with the preparation of marketing materials for pitches, buy- and sell-side transactions, and other client meetings
2. Prepare company valuations and financial analyses using a variety of valuation methodologies
3. Perform company and market research and prepare accompanying analyses
4. Assist deal-teams with the execution of live buy- and sell-side transactions
Qualifications
5. Excellent academic record from a top-tier university
6. High level of motivation and capacity for teamwork
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
8. Strong quantitative and analytical skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
9. Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
10. Passion for excellence and attention to detail
11. Experience in M&A or other financial services is preferential

12. Internships are offered for a duration of 3 months
13. Successful interns will be considered for full-time positions to join the incoming Analyst class
