Ihre Aufgaben
Organisatorisches Projektmanagement: Planung, Steuerung und Dokumentation laufender Forschungsprojekte (national & EU)
Technische Projektleitung: Inhaltliche Koordination von F&E-Arbeiten
Schnittstellenmanagement: Synchronisation mit unseren internen Entwicklungsprozessen
Fördermittel-Management: Koordination und Einreichung von Förderanträgen, strategische Bewertung aktueller Förderprogramme sowie aktiver Austausch mit Projektträgern
Administrative Aufgaben: Koordination von Mittelabrufen, Kontrolle der Projektleistungen hinsichtlich Budgets und Fristen sowie Abstimmung der Abrechnung mit Buchhaltung und Controlling
Ihr Profil
Akademische Ausbildung im MINT-Bereich
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Simulationssoftware, Materialforschung oder verwandten Technologiefeldern
Kommunikationsfreude und Souveränität im Umgang mit externen Partnern und Projektträgern
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (idealerweise im öffentlich geförderten Forschungsumfeld)
Technisches Verständnis komplexer Softwarelösungen und Freude am interdisziplinären Arbeiten
Organisationsstärke, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Blick fürs Detail
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Idealerweise Kenntnisse zu Förderstrukturen in DACH und EU
Erfahrung im Einwerben von nationalen und EU-Fördermitteln
