Purpose
To support the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations in ensuring that internal and external developments with potential impact on the Group’s share price are communicated effectively to the Financial Community to secure trust in the company. The cornerstone of this role revolves around the relationship management of institutional investors as well as buy- and sell-side analysts. Additional responsibilities include the preparation of internal- and external reports, speech writing and presentation development for senior management.
Key Accountabilities
* Represents the company at investor conferences, roadshows and one-on-one’s meeting with the financial community
* Supports investors and analysts in the quantitative development of their models and earnings estimates
* Be part of a small team with a focus on managing the external broker community, their expectations for our business and dealing with their requests
* Oversee shareholding (shareholder ID, share register) and share trading analysis, developing methodology, designing products and building strong relationships with traders and external providers
* Independent writing and content development of annual- and interim reports, financial press releases, and Q&A documents
* Prepares AGM communication and supporting material, including relationship management to private shareholder associations such as “DSW” and “SdK” and proxy advisers.
* Manages Investor Relations and Group Finance projects such as bond/share issuance, share buybacks, and other debt or equity transactions
* Mentor to team members providing guidance in areas such as corporate finance, valuation techniques and project management

* Demonstrate expertise in financial markets and accounting practices
* Strong relationships with the financial community
* An active interest in Corporate Finance, stock brokerage and public relations
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively and efficiently with senior management
* High level of service orientation in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent command of the German and English languages in speaking and writing
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Display an interest in sporting goods industry, and value a sporting lifestyle
Qualifications
1. University degree (Further studies in finance or CFA qualification an advantage)
2. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Investor Relations or within financial markets with institutional investor exposure
