Legal Counsel - Commercial Law
Location: Hamburg
Working Pattern: Part-time
Our client is seeking a part-time Legal Counsel - Commercial Law to join their well-established legal team and support high-level commercial work in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently handle a broad range of civil law matters, with a focus on commercial and IT law, in a solution-oriented and efficient manner.
* Provide legal support during contract negotiations and advise on disputes or legal issues involving suppliers.
* Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.
* Regularly update standard terms and conditions in line with current legal developments.
Requirements:
* Completed two German States Exams.
* Solid expertise in civil law, particularly commercial law.
* A strong understanding of the operational needs of wholesale and retail businesses. Previous professional experience in this field is advantageous.
* Familiarity with general terms and conditions law, IT law, or copyright law is a plus—but a willingness to deepen your knowledge in these areas is equally valued.
