What your responsibilities are You are responsible for new customer acquisition, customer development and professional customer care in the area of the local and international corporate market as well as at trade fairs and events You are responsible for the contract management of all framework contracts and bookings You sell all hotel offers to our customers and guests, conducting professional and result-oriented sales talks You are present with our guests and customers You plan and organize internal customer events You work in close coordination with the revenue team to ensure an ideal occupancy around average rate You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team That's what we want from you You have some relevant professional experience in the sales area in the upscale hotel industry or other industries.
