Aufgaben:
* Establish a Hardware test laboratory team, including setup of test laboratory infrastructure and system level testing capabilities
* Lead, manage and develop the test laboratory team towards independent, innovative and high-quality verification and validation testing
* Define, introduce, maintain, and continuously improve test strategies, methods and concepts for system level tests and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results
* Plan, provide, commission, and maintain test systems and laboratory infrastructure & capacity, including budget planning
* Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware tests and system level tests including software together with internal customers
* Evaluate, document, and release test results and initiate rootcause analyses where required
* Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and applicable norms
* Act as the central interface between test lab, development teams, systems engineering, project management, and stakeholders
Qualifikationen:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable
* Several years of experience in working hardware testing, validation, or development environments and experience in a lead or managerial role
* Strong knowledge of test methodologies, measurement and test equipment including development
* Strong English communication, team and organizational skills
