Leadership & Best Practices: Lead technical reviews, establish best practices, and continuously improve analytical tools to maintain our position as industry leaders. Global Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with our global team and coordinate efforts across various disciplines to drive cohesive and innovative solutions. Aero Technology R&D: Drive research and development in aerodynamics technology, contributing to the advancement of next-generation engines that will redefine the aerospace industry. Qualifications/Requirements: Masteru2019s in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with solid experience in turbomachinery aerodynamics. Strong understanding of centrifugal compressor aerodynamics and design. Significant experience in the application or development of design tools and numerical methods. Fluent in English. Desired Characteristics: PhD in aerodynamics. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative ability. Passion for technical excellence and self-motivation. Proficiency in German.
