We are currently seeking a Manager (m/f/d) Architecture & Site Master Planning for the Corporate Real Estate Management division at our location in Melsungen.
The Corporate Real Estate Management division is responsible for the strategic planning and development of B. Braun’s global real estate portfolio, including office buildings, production facilities, dialysis centers, and logistics sites. Our mission is to ensure that all projects are executed in alignment with functional requirements, architectural quality, and sustainability principles. As Manager Architecture & Site Master Planning, you will support the implementation of planning and construction projects, contribute to site master plans, and help enforce global standards across locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide planning and construction support for selected international construction and renovation projects
* Assist local teams in keeping projects on track and aligned with corporate standards
* Develop project plans including feasibility studies, budget estimates, and timelines
* Contribute to the development of architectural concepts and ensure compliance with global design guidelines
* Support the advancement of global planning and construction standards for production and office facilities
* Coordinate with external architects, engineers, and consultants throughout all project phases
* Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
* Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining site master plans for key locations (production, logistics, office)
* Prepare layout concepts and space allocation studies based on business requirements
* Support the procurement process for planning services
* Contribute to the strategic development of unused land and/or space to enhance site utility and value
* Apply energy efficiency and ESG principles in planning and design activities in collaboration with the ESG team and CREM Energy Manager
Professional Competencies:
* Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
* Solid international experience in construction project management, architectural design, or site planning – ideally in an industrial or corporate environment
* Familiarity with CAD/BIM tools and planning software; knowledge of sustainability standards is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in English and German
