For our Containerships / SSL INEUR Head Office in Hamburg, we are recruiting a Chief Financial Officer (f/m/d).
Key responsibilities:
* Part of the Management Team and Board of Containerships (Deutschland) GmbH, supervising the Finance department.
* Responsible for strategic and operational accounting, safeguarding CMA CGM interests.
* Coordinate with other Group departments.
Main responsibilities within the Finance & Accounting Department:
* Manage and develop the finance team.
* Oversee internal and external accounting.
* Ensure compliance with Group rules and regulations, internal controls, risk management, and fraud prevention.
* Optimize finance and reporting processes.
* Manage budgeting, financial statements (IFRS and HGB), and reporting.
* Act as primary contact for banks, tax advisors, and auditors.
* Conduct financial audits and monitor key figures.
* Oversee month-end closing and subsidiaries' finances.
* Collaborate with CMA CGM Group's Finance department.
Qualifications:
* MBA or Diploma in Economics or similar.
* 5-10 years management experience.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Hands-on mentality, accuracy, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong people and change management skills.
