Aea Manager - Fashion Retail (Northwest Germany)

Your Responsibilities:
* Sales- and target-driven management of approximately 30 stores in the northwestern region of Germany
* Leadership, coaching, and development of Store Managers
* Ongoing monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying weaknesses and implementing measures to boost revenue and profitability
* Ensuring consistent execution of the company strategy and corporate guidelines
* Close collaboration with departments such as HR, Training, and Visual Merchandising
* Regular store visits to ensure operational excellence and team support
* Leading by example in delivering world-class customer service and customer-centricity
Your Profile
* Successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
* Solid background in fashion retail with proven leadership experience in a similar role
* Strong affinity for the fashion industry and an enthusiastic mindset
* Entrepreneurial thinking paired with excellent communication skills
* High willingness to travel
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
