Job Description:
We seek a seasoned HR professional to partner with business leaders and drive strategic people initiatives.
This role will be responsible for designing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing employee lifecycle, facilitating performance reviews, driving employee engagement initiatives, and analyzing HR metrics to inform business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding
* Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews ensuring consistent application of appraisal criteria at all levels
* Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster retention and contribute to a positive work environment
* Analyze HR metrics to provide insights supporting business decision-making
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
* 4-6 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role preferably within professional services, finance, or consulting
* Strong understanding of labour laws and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
