Your Role As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in both local and business unit leadership. You will be part of the local production management team and one of our key Business Units in the DACH and Nordics. Key Responsibilities: Act as a key member of the local production management team. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Plan, coordinate, and execute financial projects, including standard cost follow-ups. Oversee financial reporting, month-end closing, and monthly financial forecasts. Provide financial insights and analysis to enhance business and production performance. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, annual accounts, transfer pricing, and other legal requirements for German entities. Monitor key financial metrics, cash flow, and KPI tracking. Be an integral part of the Business Unit Precision management team. Oversee and support all BU financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, control, and timely delivery. Drive financial performance through analysis and knowledge-sharing. Coordinate and manage cost allocations between business units. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes. Your Profile 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a manufacturing company with an international focus. Strong knowledge of accounting, business controlling, and financial reporting. Solid understanding of production analysis, inventory management, cost calculations, and pricing. Experienced in working closely with production and commercial teams. Proven leadership skills, with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach. Passion for coaching and developing employees. Comfortable presenting financial results, business cases, and analysis to stakeholders. Ability to navigate an international, cross-border organization with diverse cultures. Experience with ERP systems, including optimization and implementation. M.Sc. in Finance or a related field. Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
