* Ensures all responders and control room supervisors adhere to policies and standard operating procedures
* Oversees site security systems to ensure safe and compliant operation of the facility
* Acts as responder or control room supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff
* Maintains and troubleshoots on-site security technology
* Recommends corrective actions for security staff to the campus security manager
* Assists with the delivery of counseling and corrective action as directed by the campus security manager
* Assists with site equipment inspections, and audit compliance
* Conducts recalling audits, prepares, and submits critical and confidential information directly to client management team
* Maintains required security documentation, ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures
* Serves as primary point of contact to datacenter management and security personnel when the campus security manager is unavailable
Qualifikationen
* An associate degree in a relevant field is required, such as a Bachelor in Protection and Security or a Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
* Associate degree in relevant field
* Very good knowledge of German and English (C1)
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Experience with staff supervision
* The §34a certification is required
