Your mission As a working student in our People & Culture team, you’ll play an active role in our day-to-day internal HR operations and contribute to the successful execution of our team’s goals. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders on exciting people projects and initiatives. Start date: July 2026 Duration: Minimum 6 months Your Responsibilities Support in recruiting activities and organizing events with university clubs and student initiatives Prepare engaging documents and presentations for internal and conduct in-depth research on relevant people topics Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the people & culture space Your profile Bachelor's/Master's student (HR Management, Psychology or similar) Relevant practical experience in HR/Consulting experience is a plus Strong communication skills in German & English (C1) Proficient in MS Office Experience with Personio and Leapsome is a plus Valid work permit for Germany About us Armira is a Munich- and London-based investment holding with a truly differentiated DNA driven by entrepreneurial long-term capital.
