In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide important information about our gaming offerings. Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
* Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their gaming experience.
* Work closely with your team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
* Gather customer feedback and relay insights to support continuous improvement.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
* Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
* Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an asset.
* Willingness to relocate to Malta and indulge in a new cultural experience.
* A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant plus.
