Position
We are looking for a HR Manager (part time, 20 hours per week) with outstanding analytical and communication skills. A HR Manager is expected to be a conceptual thinker with very good organizational and management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment to support our employees globally.
Tasks
* Manage all HR-related matters
* Own the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to issuing employment contracts.
* First point of contact for the employees
* Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding process
* Manage the organization’s employee database, prepare reports and update records of employees
* Support in the optimization of HR processes
* Assist with payroll
* Work directly with the C-Level to ensure operational success
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
* Good understanding of labor law in Germany
* Efficient HR administration and people management skills
* Excellent record-keeping skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (minimum B2) & English
* Work comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
* Superb computer literacy with capability in Google Workspace software, applicant tracking systems (Join is preffered) and HRIS (Personio is a plus)
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
