Job Description
As a manager, you will oversee daily operations and drive innovation to ensure excellence in service. With a passion for hospitality, you will lead a large team with empathy and ambition.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of venue operations, from purchasing and staff optimization to cost control and supplier relations. You will also lead our social media presence, coordinate exclusive events, and guarantee strict adherence to hygiene and health & safety regulations.
This role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in a comparable position, strong understanding of restaurant operations, and confidence in managing a large team. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Luxembourgish, French or German is a plus.
