We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic engagements, drive business growth, and build deep client relationships.
This role involves orchestrating client and team efforts to deliver exceptional results, aligning client strategy with proposed programs of work, and contributing to the growth of our Insurance Strategy & Transformation advisory team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading digital and transformative programs, communications strategies, and cross-discipline problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic engagements with clients to bring value-driven solutions
* Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and influencing skills
* Lead engagement planning, budgeting, and delivery; mobilize and manage teams to achieve objectives
* Identify and mitigate risks, drive issue resolution, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products
Requirements
* +15 years of experience in consulting or industry, with a blend of consulting and industry experience acceptable
* Deep insurance industry knowledge (Claims, UW, Distribution Sales & Service, or Finance Transformation) P&C or Life within the German-speaking market
* Prior consulting experience with core consulting skills in an advisory capacity required
* Strong understanding of key trends and ability to articulate a point of view
* Ability to develop thought leadership in an area of expertise
