A leading international technology company in the semiconductor space is expanding its ASIC development team. We are seeking an experienced Digital Design Engineer to contribute to the design and implementation of high-performance digital blocks within complex ASIC platforms.
This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced silicon designs in a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environment supporting globally deployed technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement digital blocks for advanced ASIC platforms
* Apply best-in-class digital design methodologies throughout the ASIC development lifecycle
* Develop VHDL-based designs and ensure robust system-level integration
* Contribute to low-power, testable, and highly reliable digital architectures
* Support design prototyping, silicon bring-up, and validation activities
* Collaborate closely with verification, system, and software teams to ensure effective hardware–software interaction
* Use state-of-the-art design and simulation tools to deliver high-quality silicon solutions
Must-Have Experience
* Strong expertise in digital design methodologies
* Solid hands-on experience with VHDL
* High-level expertise in digital processing of preprocessed data
* Good knowledge of ASIC verification methodologies
* Deep understanding of bus and interconnect topologies and hardware–software interaction
* Proven experience designing ASICs using advanced design and simulation toolchains
* Experience with design prototyping, bring-up, and silicon validation
* Strong background in low-power design, design for testability (DFT), and design for verification
Nice to Have
* Deep understanding of analog block control mechanisms
* Strong experience performing static timing analysis of digital cores
* Experience with placement and routing of digital cores
* Good knowledge of analog and digital layout interactions
