Your new responsibilities
* Collaboration in local IT Customer Service, in the area of 1st and 2nd level support and also in the area of network and storage
* You will be active here in the areas of office, development, sample shop, test centre and production
* Client Management (Installation, Reinstallation, fix broken hardware)

* Support and implementation of global IT projects
* Support and implementation of demand/incident/change management processes
Your profile
* Completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in hands on experience in IT
* Experience with IT Hardware and Equipment / Smartphones
* Knowledge of demand/incident/change management processes
* Knowledge about Microsoft client operating systems / office systems
* Team player, ability and flexibility to adapt to change
* Fluent German & English skills written and spoken
