Assess aircraft status in case of maintenance deviations and define recovery actions to restore airworthiness. Identify and mitigate risks related to unsafe or non-compliant P&S conditions, escalating critical issues when necessary. Coordinate with internal Airbus teams, operators, and airworthiness authorities to prioritize actions and ensure effective resolution of queries. Monitor subcontractor performance, support FrontDesk officers globally, and drive continuous improvement in response quality in collaboration with Quality teams.
