About Role
We are looking for a Business Developer (Supply Side) to expand our supply partnerships and strengthen our global publisher network. This role is a critical growth position and offers exciting opportunities for international exposure, event travel, and a competitive commission structure.
Location: Remote (Spain, Germany, UK, or France)
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, reach out to, and build strong relationships with new publishers.
* Collaborate closely with the Customer Success (CSS) and Monetization teams to ensure seamless onboarding and optimization of partners.
* Represent TyrAds at industry events in Europe to develop new supply opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of pipeline and opportunities in CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
Requirements
* Proven industry experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, or mobile monetization.
* Direct experience with Offerwall Monetization is a strong plus.
* Strong track record in business development, partnerships, or supply acquisition.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
* Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
