Your tasks:
* Conducting export controls for industrial spare parts
* Preparing export documentation according to country-specific regulations and shipping preparation according to customer specifications
* Handling transport, including coordination and scheduling with transport companies and customers
* Reporting to our customers
* Issuing shipping instructions to suppliers and coordinating pickups with our freight forwarding partners
* Maintaining relationships with our international customers and suppliers
Your profile:
* Professional experience in logistics and export to third countries is desirable
* Team spirit and reliability
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to understand and independently implement legal regulations
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
* Analytical, structured, and problem-solving approach to work
* Strong affinity for new technologies and the ability to adapt to digital trends and ways of working
