Our client, a prominent international medical technology company, is seeking an experienced Finance & Controlling Manager (m/f/d) to join their leadership team. In this role, you will contribute to financial performance improvements by overseeing financial accounting and controlling, implementing and monitoring standard costs in the production environment, and providing strategic financial planning and analysis support.

Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting.
Controlling and Cost Management:
Providing standard costs and rates in line with production requirements and management guidelines.

Optimise internal financial and controlling processes.
Completed degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in financial management and production cost accounting, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in controlling, SAP (particularly in cost accounting), and Excel.
Experience in ERP system implementation and IT skills, especially in supply chain management (SCM).
Proven change management skills and a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
Strong communication and leadership abilities with cross-functional and international collaboration experience.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
