Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Operations Management Europe with primary focus on the German market
* Develop, implement and manage sales operations processes to support the sales team as well as dealers and independent distributors in achieving targets and objectives.
* Lead the sales forecasting process, including retail and wholesale projections, demand planning, and inventory management.
* Manage the vehicle pipeline for the entire distribution network to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to independent distributors, dealerships and fleet customers.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, transportation costs, and delivery timelines and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
* Implement performance KPIs to track progress and measure success against established goals along the entire supply chain.
* Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
* Several years of experience in sales operations, distribution management or a related role in the automotive industry.
* Proven track record of managing sales operations and distribution networks, preferably in a multi-national environment.
* Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, distribution networks, and logistics management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
