* Co-Build the Growth Strategy for Austria: Define and implement a clear, market-specific RGM roadmap. Act as a strategic advisor to the Austrian leadership team and support the Key Account team with clear direction and actionable insights.
* Consumer-Led Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute pricing strategies that align with consumer needs and behavior while maximizing the value of Danone’s product portfolio.
* Optimize Promotional Strategy: Analyze promotional performance and design effective promotion guidelines to improve both top-line growth and bottom-line results.
* Refine Portfolio Mix: Lead the redefinition of the product mix by brand, price tier, and format to build a more profitable and strategically aligned assortment.
* Shape Pack Architecture: Define optimal pack sizes and functional benefits to cover key consumption occasions and shopper missions effectively.
* Embed OBPPC Methodology: Implement and refine the OBPPC framework (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price, Channel), addressing channel-specific opportunities and consumer moments.
Über Dich
* University degree in Business, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Business Management
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in RGM, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Consulting within the FMCG industry
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; experience with RGM calculations and key trade concepts (e.g. profit pools, trade margins)
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate across functions; high level of resilience and adaptability
* Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to translate insights into strategies and actionable plans
* A true team player with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (Power Query or Power BI is a plus)
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
