Aufgaben
Budget & financial controlling: Oversee annual budget planning and forecasting for the Global Function Legal & Compliance; track legal spend, including external counsel fees, tool subscriptions, and training costs; develop cost efficiency initiatives and benchmark costs against industry standards; collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate budget tracking and variance analysis.
Communication: Coordinate communication strategies; draft and manage internal communications (e.g., departmental updates, newsletters, leadership messaging); ensure consistent messaging across the global team and towards Business stakeholders; prepare external communication for the legal & compliance department and manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as legal organizations, associations and media.
Organization & execution: Support strategic planning and ensure execution of legal & compliance priorities; regularly take part in leadership meetings; coordinate cross-border and cross-functional initiatives, such as rotations, secondments; organization of further global integration measures, such as leadership offsites, legal & compliance conferences, town halls, and team workshops
Qualifikationen
You hold a degree in business administration, finance (preferably Dipl.-Kfm./Kffr. and/or MBA) or communications, top 10% of class or graduation with distinction / honors.
You have
ideally at least 5 years of experience in a business consultancy / communications agency or in an in-house finance/controlling or communications department,
demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial controlling, and spend forecasting,
proven track record in strategic planning, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
excellent communication skills, with experience drafting senior leadership reports and managing internal communication strategies.
