We are looking for a Junior Customer Experience Associate who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will receive phone calls and emails from customers, ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction, and take part in projects to improve processes.
This role involves answering customer requests on the phone, dispatching customer requests within internal systems, and liaising with internal departments.
The essential requirements of the job include a High School diploma or equivalent, C1 Level Language Skills (English + Spanish), and a willingness to develop in a multicultural environment.
