Title: Procurement Administrator
Location: Aachen, Germany (Hybrid)

With a strong global presence and a reputation for innovation, quality, and sustainability, the business partners with some of the world’s most recognised manufacturers to develop specialist polymer solutions. You will report directly to the Purchasing Director Europe & Asia.
Key Tasks
* Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Category Managers
* Raise, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials/services
* Maintain supplier master data, pricing agreements, contracts, and procurement documentation
* Support sourcing and tender processes by preparing RFQs, gathering supplier quotes, and coordinating documentation
* Prepare detailed Excel reports for spend analysis, supplier performance, savings tracking, and procurement KPIs
Requirements
* 1–4 years’ experience in procurement, industrial, supply chain, finance administration, or a similar support role
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large data sets, Pivot Tables and reporting
* Experience raising purchase orders, managing supplier information, or handling procurement documentation
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Fluent in English, German nice to have
