About the Opportunity
I am working with an ambitious and fast-growing engineering start-up building advanced software solutions for the automotive industry. As their team continues to expand across Europe, they are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can help shape the culture, people strategy, and organisational foundations of the scaling business.

What You’ll Do
* Support employee development and career growth, helping team members identify opportunities to progress and succeed.
* Act as a trusted and impartial partner for both employees and management, helping resolve challenges constructively and fairly.
* Help strengthen communication and collaboration across international teams.
* Build strong relationships across the organisation through a visible and engaged presence within the team.
* Provide practical HR insights to leadership, helping guide organisational decisions as the company continues to scale.
* Contribute to building and improving HR processes, structures, and policies that support a growing organisation.
Your Essential Experience
* 5–10 years of HR experience, ideally within technology, engineering, or other highly skilled environments.
* Experience working in a scale-up or SME environment, where building processes and adapting to growth is part of the journey.
* Hands-on experience recruiting and supporting technical or engineering teams.
* A strong understanding of organisational psychology and how to apply it in real-world workplace situations.
* Native-level German and English communication skills.
* Solid knowledge of German labour law (Arbeitsrecht).
Nice to Have
* Exposure to the automotive or embedded software sector.
* Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
* Familiarity with modern HR systems and applicant tracking tools.
