Main Responsibilities Accelerate sales and achieve annual targets across wholesale and retail touchpoints Build and manage strong partner relationships, ensuring premium distribution and brand visibility Identify and activate growth opportunities through events, partnerships, pop‑ups, and exhibitions Lead local marketing and communication initiatives in alignment with HQ guidelines Ensure operational excellence across forecasting, inventory, supply chain, and client service, in close collaboration with HQ teams Manage budgets and financial KPIs with discipline and accountability Represent our brands with authenticity, cultural awareness, and a strong client‑centric mindset Build and maintain meaningful relationships with watch lovers, collectors, and end clients, genuinely representing the brands within these communities Provide consistent market insights and reporting to HQ Profile First experience (3–5 years) in luxury or other client‑centric industries, ideally in Brand Management or Sales Operations, and ready to take the next step in your career Strong knowledge of and passion for watchmaking and Haute Horlogerie communities Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset with excellent follow‑through Skilled in business development, communication, and relationship building Fluent in English and German Refined presence, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to create meaningful client moments—true to the spirit of our Maisons This role is home‑based in Germany, with extensive travel across the territory and regular visits to our Brands’ HQ in Switzerland.
